Three words: Shopping for jeans. The process is almost as confronting and horrific as bikini shopping. Unfortunately with the sun-soaked beach days far behind us, the annual and unavoidable denim hunt is creeping up quickly. Even though we all vouch that next time we have to squeeze into jeans we'll be tighter and lighter, it's never the case.
We all know what lies ahead - the dressing room that seems to shrink with every pair you try on, the painfully positive shop assistant and of course the inevitable breakdown.
So today, in honour of jaded jean buyers worldwide, we're taking a look at all the retail roller-coaster of emotions we go through when we're on the search for the perfect pair of jeans.
